		<description>Vanessa, please take the time to educate yourself before you post.  One of the main stated purposes of this legislation is to make health care available to all people and to eliminate the ability of insurance companies to deny people based on pre-existing conditions.  The legislation does in fact contain language that would prevent health care companies from denying coverage based on pre-existing health conditions.  If you are taking a long term view of the health care situation in this country then having an additional 40 million people covered by health care is a win/win situation.</description>

		<description>&lt;strong&gt; This is great but what about people with existing health problems, most are turned down from insurance companies just for having an existing problem. I think in the long this is going to do more harm than good&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
