		<description>The sticky issue is no one wants to pay for reform.  The wealthy are kicking at screaming over kicking in to cover the uninsured.  Some are willing to pay for their Medicare coverage, but that&#039;s it.

Corporations badly want to dump that pesky health insurance benefit, like they did defined benefit pension plans.  

If they can drop coverage that costs 18% of payroll and pay an 8% penalty, many would jump on it.  CEO incentive pay needs another boost.

The House may offer a more progressive version of reform, but watch for the final bill out of conference.  It&#039;s the one that matters.</description>
