This resulted in an illegal alien adult (who had falsely claimed juvenile status in order to take advantage of this policy) murdering a father and 2 sons during a gang war. The father and sons were not gang members. The CIS is pro LEGAL immigration. It does NOT support illegal aliens in the United States.
