		<description>Great analysis but it&#039;s like shooting fish in a barrel with idiots like Douglas. I especially like Tables 7&amp; 8 where Douglas shows how to factor Estate Taxes into the Cost of Capital 30 years before death (something every good financial advisor is sure to do). This is priceless economic nonsense and classic spreadsheet masturbation.

I’ve always felt that the way to kill any bill to eliminate Estate Taxes is to properly name it  - “The Tax Me Now, Not After I Die Bill”</description>
