		<description>The only aspect of healthcare anyone is talking about is COST of premiums that exclude millions of Americans.  I agree that it is a national embarrassment that everyone doesn&#039;t have access to this insurance, but that will not be an answer that addresses an important topic of COST.  The New Yorker magazine published a 10 page article on the &quot;hidden costs&quot; that if not addressed will make any change fail.
