Why is grass green? Yes, I know, photosynthesis. But why is grass green when it needs green light from the sun, and being green causes it to reflect that art of the spectrum away from itself? I’m not trying to be funny here. What I am saying is that people are making huge decisions involving billions of dollars and millions of hours of precious resources, and they do not have the facts. If I did that in my job, I would be fired.
