		<description>It may be the greatest challenge of the new millenium, but properly regulating analogue systems, through carefully programmed digital parametrics, is apparantly necessary to: store daylight energy, mechanical wind energy, or more traditional hydro-fluid energy. As a lay IT-person (never at MIT, etc.), memory size, CPU speed, computer languages, and interface issues may quickly become important?</description>
