		<description>Hmm, seems like if we were going to be saving money, the idea that the cap and trade scheme will bring in more than $600 billion per year doesn&#039;t make any sense.  How can you charge money to companies, how have to pass the cost on to someone (ie the consumer), and claim that the consumer therefore saves money?  How is the consumer saving money by paying taxes in construct renewable (wind, solar) energy sources that are less robust than oil, gas, or nuclear and will ultimately increase the cost of power?
