Beiteinu conference in Jerusalem, Lieberman said &quot;there&#039;s a withdrawal from talks, and we have to understand and acknowledge that we&#039;re at a dead end.&quot; &lt;/em&gt;

		<description>Lines of people not receiving care are like America&#039;s unemployed.  The numbers don&#039;t accurately reflect the problem and our leaders pretend they&#039;re not there. 

In my community, it&#039;s difficult for the uninsured to obtain care for chronic conditions.  If they&#039;re sick enough the emergency room will provide care.  The Community Health Center provides good primary care, but some chronic conditions need management by specialists.  That is unavailable outside a one shot ER follow up visit.</description>
