Where is the evidence that banks wouldn&#039;t restore the credit markets if all the free money they are getting from interest on excess reserve deposits were taken away. Now Uncle Sam is the provider of loans for leverage for those hedge funds and private equity?  The world&#039;s gone flippy floppy.</description>
