		<description>The bottom line is that wind and solar energy can&#039;t even come in providing for the energy needs of a modern economy, much less at a reasonable price.  Until the silver-bullet technological break through comes along-energy from fossil fuels, nuclear power, hydro, wind &amp; solar and conservation will continue to power this country and the world in general.</description>
