Ya Becha ! Seriously though, increased activity is good. Healthy eating is good (although just because it is in the wild doesn't mean it is better than domestically raised. But there is some evidence that locally grown fruits and vegetables have higher nutrition levels). But like so many things she says, there is just enough truth tto win the sound byte but with a lack of understanding of the bigger picture that she totally misses the point. And to save on eyecare, all eye-glasses will be my cute style.
