Denying American&#039;s the right to form unions is contrary to the Bill of Rights which protects our right to assemble.  I also find it ironic that business leaders who normally preach a hands-off, laissez faire approach to regulation actually support strong regulation with respect to unions.  The hypocrisy is clear.</description>
