		<description>So where would the Baucus plan leave all of us self-employed types? I&#039;ve been self-employed for almost 14 years now. Ever tried to afford a health insurance policy for a family of 4 when you&#039;re self-employed? Premiums for coverage like that in my state (New York) are as high as mortgage payments!</description>

1.  Cap the amount of premiums that can be excluded from wages, i.e. treated as tax free

2.  Requiring employers to offer a Section 125 plan which would allow employees to pay their health insurance premiums through their employer’s payroll deduction and with pre-tax dollars.</description>
