		<description>I think the real problem we have out there with clean coal, nuclear, wind, solar, etc. is that you have lawyers making decisions on technical problems and challenges and cherry-picking on engineers and scientists who share their political bent.  If we really want to solve these problems we need massive funding of nonpartisan research centers, a NASA for unconventional fuels with NASA type funding.</description>
