Republicans and Democrats brokered substantial agreement on a deal while McCain talked about things being dead in the water.  

And then there&#039;s the debate delay.  Rope-a-dope only works when you have some punches left.  McCain fits more into the Mickey boxing trainer role.  Go train some future Rocky&#039;s, John.  You&#039;re flat footed and exhausted...</description>
