		<description>You left off McCain&#039;s twin, George W. Bush.  The President is considering loosening up banking regulations to allow private equity underwriters (PEU) to buy larger chunks of banks.  

The Fed just relaxed what it considered collateral for loans to big Wall Street investment houses.  Bush&#039;s hair of the dog plan repeats the bad lending practices that got our economy into its current state.  He&#039;s just doing it at a corporate vs. individual level.</description>
