		<description>The new census statistics had more good news for Massachusetts. The 2007 uninsurance rate was 5.4% - the lowest in the country. In fact, 24% of the national decline in uninsurance was attributable to Massachusetts, despite MA having only 2.1% of the national population.

Department of Public Health statistics are starting to show improvements in health status in the last year. Smoking cessation, colonoscopies and other indicators show improvement.</description>

I need a bureaucratic approved referral for a specialist visit and for pharmaceuticals.  They come from two different companies!
