		<description>Interesting that this should come out the day after Elsner, et al., published an article in the journal Nature (Volume 455, 92-95 (4 September 2008) showing that the peak intensity of the biggest storms has increased dramatically in the Atlantic basin over the last 26 years and this is closely correlated with the increase in sea surface temperatures. Looks like a scientific consensus is building. Public awareness, not so much.</description>
