Love the fact that McCain says that he "invented" the do not call registry - probably one of the most universally popular pieces of Federal privacy legislation in our History.

The fact is: His campaign is one of the worst offenders when it comes to using robo calls to invade the privacy of voters during the primaries and now leading up to the general.

Will McCain take a "do not robo call pledge"?

I doubt it.

Umm, “The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998" as it is named became effective, and therefore law, in April of 2000. If you can make mistakes while researching and proofing and submitting a blog entry and even telling me I can check all the facts you shouldn't dis someone for making a mistake in the middle of a speech.

I am not defending McCain or his tech policies, just check your facts, that's all.
