In our capitalistic democracy, capitalism wins. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce wants employers to do less, citing the unfair burden of costly health insurance in competing in the global economy. Getting everyone in the risk pool is the absolute right thing to do. However, neither the current government nor the business community have the will to move, even remotely, in this direction.
