What if the new Congress enacted a retroactive windfall profits tax? In fact, I can see the need for a lot of retroactive legislation, say like fines for corporations who have thumbed their noses at the law. Hell, we could go for retroactive impeachment and undo any pardons Chimpy grants.

Most American can not flaunt that they are seeking a new job or, chances are, they will be fired. Right or wrong, why does this not apply to senators? In the past, a member of the senate would resign his seat to devote the time necessary for a presidential run. So be it. Why were we supporting them all, Biden, Clinton, Obama, Dodd, McCain and continue to do so with the final two? Getting paid for not doing your job is criminal. McCains words are so empty, he is his usual double speak self, nothing pertains TO HIM! Where is he during the congressional. session?

Filibustering is way of life for the re-pukes,this way they give the next president(Obama) a lot to deal with and so they can say “I told you so”.The problem with Mcwars is he is to busy with his attack ads to make a vote.And the political theatrics is quite funny, what a bunch of hypocrites, these are sad sad little people on the right……..Don`t they know that America wants a change and that as long as they keep this up they are just exascerbating what they have been doing for 8 years and we are tired of the same show and it`s time for a new change instead of the Mcwars change which is the same as what we are seeing now.
