		<description>As soon as employer sponsored health insurance benefits become taxable, they&#039;ll evaporate into thin air (for all but executives.)  

McCain&#039;s tax credit facilitates the shift to workers paying for their health insurance. The loss of federal revenue from the tax credits depends on how many people pick up responsibility for their own health insurance.  In today&#039;s economic environment, I don&#039;t see many people in a position to do so.</description>
