There's no need to wait for NanoSolar, there are some excellent Solar Companies out there right now, the strongest IMO being LDK Solar out of China and listed on the NYSE as LDK. They are presently being suppressed in stock price by Short Sellers (probably like Mr. Forbes) bu this just means that you can buy all you want RIGHT NOW for CHEAP.
