		<description>Who&#039;d a thunk that in the red state of Georgia, a court decision like this would occur.  Bravo to the Fulton County Superior Judge for this ruling.

I live in Atlanta and am concerned with the number and size of coal buring plants in my state.  With the understanding that the burning of fossil fuels is the major contributor to global warming, we must reduce our burning.  

We&#039;ve got to keep the pressure on our legislators to penalize carbon producers and encourage clean, renewable and decentralized energy production.

Our presidential candidates should comment on this court ruling.  Where do they stand?</description>
