He's essentially saying that "drill, baby, drill" has nothing to do with reality and everything to do with pandering to a petulant, childish segment of the American public. fyi, I have to recommend NRDC's <a href="http://switchboard.nrdc.org" rel="nofollow">Switchboard</a> for a steady stream of excellent energy-policy analysis.
