I think Waxman works harder than anyone to provide oversight, and in the process he gets beat up all the time by the administration. I just sent him a message, thanking him for his work. Incidentally, Waxman appears in a new documentary film about steroid abuse. In the trailer I saw, the producers did a 60 Minutes-type ambush on him, asking him questions that he couldn't possibly know the answer to. They may have been trying to make him look bad, but I haven't seen the entire film so maybe not. If that's the case, then that's too bad...again, Waxman works harder than anyone else to do his oversight job.
