Remember all those acronyms that defined domestic reform? Those programs boosted our economy when it was severely needed. FDR's theory was that a strong middle class is needed for economic stability. What's happening now? Oh...that's right, the gap between the poor and wealthy is growing...the middle class is starting to disappear. As the middle class shrinks, the economy falters. Medicare and Social Security benefits are being eliminated in our states! We're going to give all that extra money to all the Democratic senators so they can have more to spend on silly programs that actually help people.
