Without a Congress with the stamina to fight this clown, he will walk off having committed inumerable high crimes and misdemeanors. This Congress is giving away the country and setting the standard for a dictatorship. About 80% of the people think Bush is a lousy President but the Congress is not interested in the people, they just want to suck the corporate teat and retire richer than they were when they began in Congress.
