He backs it up by demonstrating that there are still mixed neighborhoods in Baghdad. Both claims are true, and not once does he claim that there has not been sectarian cleansing or a reduction of mixed cities; simply put, he's pointing out the reality that the cleansing was never "completed," as indicated by your maps. I challenge anyone to break down what Kagan said - about cleansing being "completed" and about there still being mixed cities in Baghdad - and prove him wrong. He has NO facts - blunders his way thru Cheeney's talking points and clearly has NO <strong>(ZERO)</strong> experience actually DOING anything he claims to be expert on in his "analysis"..
