The Bush administration can&#039;t tell the truth about high deductible health plans and HSA&#039;s.  The Treasury Department web site grossly overstates the number of people with &quot;HSA&#039;s&quot; by citing the number with &quot;HSA type health plans&quot;, not funded health savings accounts.

The Bush team played the public for a fool, at least those expecting him to do something to address problems with health care costs and access.  His whole term has been a dodge in this area.  Al Hubbard carried the dodge ball nicely until his recent retirement:
