Ooh, Ooh, I know! How about this one:

Waxman could provide testimony transcripts of the of the Agency employees – completely redacted except for the passages previously posted on the committee’s website.

(I suppose I can understand that some material from agencies like the CIA might be redacted to protect the identities of covert operatives and so forth. But the EPA?)

Please do follow up on this story. I will be fascinated to see how Waxman handles it and whether the EPA responds (well, I already know how that one will play out).
